I think the slime is closer to CR 1/3. It's reliably hit with firebolt before it goes down, and plausibly once more with either firebolt or slam after that.
The limos looks a little vulnerable to magic for its CR, and a little low on hit points. I'd add another Hit Die or two to make it tough enough for CR 8.
