It is sad to announce this. After a good five-year run, the www.randomlingshouse.net message board will be coming to a close.

Most of the posters have migrated over to other boards, and the site's hostess has only averaged around a post a month for a while now. With the minimum traffic the board now gets the Moderators and Administrators have regretfully decided it isn't worth the cost of the annual renewal fee. The renewal date is Feb. 9th, so it looks like that is when the site will end (or possibly the day before, depending upon when the hosting company pulls the plug). A final 'Hivemind' thread has been started over there for any past or present members who wish to contribute any final thoughts.

I respect the decision - it's not fair to be paying money for something that's not getting a lot of use.

Thanks, it was a hard decision to come to, the board has so many fond memories for many of us.
