In the description of Thunderous Throw of the Bloodstorm Blade it says you treat ranged attacks as melee though you take the penalties for ranged attacks such as cover and shooting into melee.
Question is, do bonus apply as well, such as Manacle of the Ebon Hunter which gives +1 to ranged attacks made within 60'?
