Ranger/Bard/Sublime Chord Spell Trigger items

1) Can a multiclassed ranger/bard who later becomes a sublime chord use Spell Trigger items (such as Staves and Wands) from the Bard, Ranger, and Sorcerer/Wizard list?

1a)Would this change if the character didn't have enough ranger levels to get ranger spell casting ability yet?

2) If the character was instead an archivist/bard/sublime chord, could the character use spell trigger items from any divine spell list, as well as bard and sorcerer/wizard spell trigger items?

As I understand archivists, he could use a wand of any cleric spell, plus any other divine spell which he has added to his prayer book. Until he adds spells to his book, his spell list is the cleric list.
