I assume you mean for crafting the item herself? If she buys it, she pays the market price like everyone else. If she crafts it, she pays 2*4*25 / 2 = 100 GP for a scroll of CLW and 2*4*750 / 2 = 3000 GP for a wand.Pinotage said:

Oh, and yes, that means that they can buy an equivalent item from a cleric for exactly the price of crafting it themselves (they wind up craft it at creation price = market price for the Caster Level, which is 4).

What I actually wanted to know, though, was whether ranger could use a wand crafted by a cleric for 750 gp even though it's a 2nd level spell for the ranger. Since it's on the ranger spell list, it just seems that the character should be able to, but it's just slightly odd that a ranger's 2nd level spells are cheaper.

The ranger can use it.
The only restriction is that he can't use arcane scrolls (spell completion items) even if the spell is on his list. So a bard can't use a cleric made scroll of cure light wounds, since he casts arcane spells. Wands don't use this restriction, though.

You did the numbers wrong. Its 2*4*25. Ranger caster level is half of her ranger level (that's correct), but you need to look again at what level rangers get 2nd-level spells (or I'll tell you: the answer is 8Pinotage said:
