It's probably been asked before, but I can't find it:
If I have a Ranger with the TWF combat style, can I pick up Oversized Two Weapon Fighting? (as a 'normal' feat) (I would think so, but I'm checking just to make sure)
The real question:
If so, would the benefits from Oversized Two Weapon Fighting also be lost when I wear medium or heavy armor?
