I don't know have the stats on a blowgun handy, but there's a simple guideline:

If you can make three iterative attacks for +11 BAB, then there's no reason you can't use Rapid Shot.

If there's a restriction on how many attacks you can make in a round, or how long it takes to load, then that would apply to Rapid Shot as well.

Well, in MOTW, I do not see there being any such restrictions, so I guess that answers me question. Mighty thanks Hyp.

Blowgun many shot probly requires a double barrelled blowgun, and extra large lungs, but not a feat.

I don't know if Rapid Reload would be applicable either, (if taken for Blowgun, and not crossbow) ...assumeing that it takes as long to load..which I don't believe it does.
