Hey guys, don't jump on Wil for banning that spell. He didn't ban it from his home; he just banned it for the rest of theplay test. The idea, as I understood him, was basically "Okay, I know I have to find a way to account for this spell. Assume that I've done so for now, and let's move on. Otherwise, I won't get any info out of this playtest except that I need to account for elemental swarm."
