Did we ever find out what the new rattled condition does?

OMG yes, I keep seeing it and its driving me mad not knowing what it does. Maybe I'll go for a guess for my page request.

I believe they said that you don't get to use your expertise dice. So it's not quite disad from being frightened, but it's similar. This may have just been in the monster playtest and not on the regular forums.

I'm guessing probably like the old shaken condition. Maybe an anti-expertise die(?)/ -1d4 on attacks checks & saves?
