I agree that names should have flavor and offer context, which is why I laughed a little harder than I might've otherwise when I misread "Bonestrippers Guild" as "Bumstrippers Guild."
It conjured an image in my head, but perhaps not the one you were going for . . .

I remember scaring the group into using Fireballs and shooting blind with arrows into the dark vs......
a racoon in a tree.
Based on a real life experience where a racoon was checking us out at a campfire by hangin' out in a tree. We heard it clawing and chattering and when we flashed the light on it the eyes glowed ten feet in the air.
So described it as chattering sound, eyes ten feet up.... OWLBEAR! DESTROY IT!
