Anyone know how many spell slots this metamagic feat costs?

It showed up in an issue of Dragon Mag.

I've never heard of it, but it sounds interesting. I'd like to see that feat, so if anyone knows what issue it was in, I'd appreciate it.

Ray Coning was in Dragon Annual #5, I believe. IIRC, it changes a ray into a 30 foot cone for +2 spell levels. Instead of making a ranged touch attack, the targets get a Ref save.
