Reach Feat and Divine Feat

Hey all,

I was wondering. My character currently has Reach Feat (which was a mistake to take i think, has anyone used it and found it good?). I want to take a Devine Feat (Reach) on my next level up (in 3 Days)(Trying to get some use out of my feat...).

However, a reach feat needs to be prayed for in advance, so a 4th level spell will actually take up a 6th lvl spell slot. With the divine feat, its done during battle or anyother time. How would i use the reach feat in accordance to the divine feat?

As I understand it, it would basically mean that you would gain the ability to spend a few turning attempts to convert that Heal/Harm/other touch spell into a Ray spell with a range of 30 feet. E.g., see your ally get horribly, horribly damaged, then zap him up to full health and back away; when such situations aren't cropping up, it lets you turn that Harm spell you prepared into a Ranged Death spell.

thanks Jack, thats exactly what I was hoping for....guess i'll be getting some use out of that feat afterall!! Mouhahahaha!
