It would be "nifty keen" to carry this idea on and make 4-5 fighter types, a few clerical types with different gods, etc with all of the core classes. For a finale, you could then start work on the PrCs. Dang, I don't think one man could finish that in a life time.

It is very easy to extrapolate. The fighter thingy would take only an hour to do. You just switch a few feats and weapon types. Which is why I kept it as close as possible to what can be the "standard".

For the cleric, it's even easier. Just switch the domain spells (which are in itallic in the template).

The rest of the core classes would take some time. As much time as it took me to create those. I have been working on this thing for weeks on-and-off, so for now, that's all I need really.

As for the prestige classes... *sigh*... we don't really use them IMC, so I have no incentive...

I don't think it would take a *lifetime* to achieve all this, but it would take a hell of a lot more time than I intend to put on this thing. For now, what I did is enough to create many types of generic NPC encounters on the spot, which was the goal really.

You guys enthousiasm is all the reward I can ask for, I'm very glad I did it. Hell, I would have done it for my campaign alone, so it's very satisfying to know that other campaigns will profit from it !

Oh and BTW, thanks for the BoED. It's my favourite non-core book. Awesome stuff. I especially like the Resounding Blow feat. My Paladin will be dangerous with it ! The 7 ranks of Intimidate (cross-class) will be expensive though...

Is it something wrong with the zip-file?
When I click on it nothing happens, it´s just blank. No problems with my other RTF documents,they work just fine.
Anyone else having this problem?

BTW guys, I just finished preparing a high-level game for next-weeks game (NOT epic), and decided to use NPC's only. I didn't touch the various monstrous books at all.

I have two maps, various events, and a whole bunch of combat encounters, all prepared with my NPC template. I even switched some stats on the fighters. It looks darn nifty.

From start to finish, it took me 3 hours to prepare. If I had decided to do that without my NPC template, it would have taken me at least 6 hours, and I wouldn't have been able to put that much time on maps.

I'd say that this will probably last me two gaming evenings. 3 hours prep. time for two gaming evenings.

I'm happy.

Thanks, guy. It's easy to print these out and use them with my existing PC cards in combat. 'Preciate the help.
