Here's a link to an html SRD site, the section on Wondrous Items. You can find the prerequisites at the end of each item's description.

Basically, just see if there's any significant number of Wondrous Items (or just a few really useful ones) that require spells your Wizard knows, or spells your Wizard can learn soon through research or levelling up. If there are a decent number of them, then take Craft Wondrous Item as your 5th-level feat. Otherwise, take Craft Wand at 5th-level.
However, since Wizards get Scribe Scroll automatically at 1st-level, Craft Wand isn't as important for you unless you find yourself frequently running out of decent spell slots for blasting/buffing. You can generally scribe enough scrolls to cover any tough or tricky situation, assuming your Wizard has researched some extra spells (and even if not, then you surely have at least a few good offensive/defensive spells that could be copied onto scrolls to free up a few daily spell slots).
Of course, there's something to be said for having a Wand of Fireballs or Wand of Dispel Magic ever-handy.....
