Recharge Magic and Reserve feats

irdeggman Wow I didn't know a scroll could have more than one spell on it (seems stupid since it says in the SRD "Minor Scrolls 1d3" even the basic scrolls have more than one) I will let him know. Thanks

Pathfinder made cantrips usable at will; you might consider doing that.

Or, your caster could just try to work within his limitations. Scrolls are good, but there's nothing wrong with using a crossbow every now and then; you're only 1 behind a fighter in base attack bonus. There's also those skills; casters get some useful ones, especially if the DM uses them.

Which skills? (unless you mean Crafting which are feats)
Wizards get all knowledge skills, which can be quite useful in investigative scenarios. Sorcerers get Charisma skills and have Charisma, which can be quite useful in achieving goals without combat. Etc. etc. As I said, it depends what kind of game the DM is running.

The last campaign I ran covered levels 1-7 or so, and I daresay that the evoker's most useful ability might have been Knowledge (Arcana).

Just something to think about if you're wondering how to engage a low-level wizard without running through his spells for the day.

Both recharge magic and reserve feats attempt to fix the 'problem' the wizard is facing: running out of spells early.

I suggest you:
1. Use recharge magic, but ban reserve feats
2. Allow reserve feats, but ban recharge magic.
