I'd like to take you up on your offer to make the character from my description, but it looks like you have two or three people already taking that option. If you'd like I could instead make a 3e DnD character for you to port, or I could try to use my 4th Edition Champions book to make him (I don't mind that method so much but ... uh ... wrong system and wrong book. Oops! )
