Yah that was my original idea. That Bella's father served with Angelina's father (who is also Briony's father). As his second in command. So The 3 girls grew up together as childhood friends. As to why Sid had this falling out or grudge against Angelina, whether it be with her or if he had a falling out with Angie's dad. Maybe Sid is bitter that everything was left to Angie rather than him?

Right, and he thinks Angelina is too raw to be given the responsibility that she has. He isn't from noble status himself, so he couldn't afford a ship. So he joined Handsome Jack's team and is in many ways the man in charge as he believes he should be, though Jack wouldn't see it that way if feelings were put out into the open. The mixed feelings are from the fact that he does care about the children he saw grow up, but he still feels he was pushed out of what he had worked hard to achieve.

In case anyone missed it from this thread, our crew has history with Jack and his crew; sometimes we actually work together on the same goal, other times we are both tasked to get the same item and its whomever brings back the item is the winner. I just wanted to put it out there that this is certainly not the first time we've been pitted against each other in a race like job.

I'm not telling anyone how to play their characters I just wanted to bring it up in case someone forgot. Remember we have a history of bickering, fighting, brawling, hating each other but also cooperation, good times, saving each other's skins and possibly even love here or there. In other words, it's complicated. But something our characters are used to.

It's always a little hard jumping right in to characters that have histories

Sorry. I am figuring that losing some of the crew during the storm has Zephia shaken a bit and thinking about her past, before she joined up with Angelina and company.

No reason to be sorry! Everyone can play how they choose, and I am sure Zephia has her reasons for how she feels. It's up to us to figure out why she feels that way! I just wanted to make sure we were all on the same page, history wise. I don't care if everyone protests racing them! Ang is just trying to hold her tongue and be professional. She doesn't like the idea either.

But that brings up the question, how long has Zep been with us?

Probably the shortest out of everyone. She keeps everyone at a distance and has probably never liked Handsome Jack and his crew.

I'm not sure, exactly. Long enough to be on a couple of adventures, I would wager, but maybe not long enough to have the same patience with Jack and his cronies that the others have.
