You can't save feats.

Graft Flesh has a prerequisite of 10 ranks in heal.

Here's what you can do. Look at the Marshal class.

Note that when you get your second level of Marshal, you get Skill Focus: Diplomacy. The Marshal class states that if you have the feat already, you can choose a different one. Any different one. No restrictions.

So, with that in mind, take classes in this order: Marshal 1/Wizard 5/Marshal 1

Feats:
1: Able Learner
3: Skill Focus: Diplomacy
6: Whatever
7: Graft Flesh

Able Learner helps conserve skill points and retains class skills.

You could use something in place of the Wizard levels, but the extra caster levels would probably be best in the long run.

If you take 4 levels of a d10 hit dice class, you'd get 12 more hit points compared to being a wizard and greater BAB. You lose third level spells. I think you'd be better off with the spells.

False Life, a second level spell, grants 1d10+caster level temporary hit points. So an average of 10.5 hit points at character level 6. More if you take Practiced Spellcaster.

Then how are you getting ranks in cross-class skills as if they were class skills?

Just take Able Learner and throw four ranks into Heal. Done.

Loremaster has heal as a class skill, but you can't get it before level 8. With a sufficiently high Int you could get Graft Flesh as a secret and start on fleshwarper at level 9. (Wizard 7/Loremaster 3/Fleshwarper 10 is probably more practical.)

One possibility for heal is Draconic Heritage (CArc). A gold dragon heritage gets you heal a class skill. If you're not a sorcerer you need Dragontouched (DragonMagic) as well.

So for a human you could go Wizard 3/Master Specialist 2 (CMag)/Wizard 2/Fleshwarper

1. Dragontouched, Draconic Heritage
3. Spell Focus
6. (Any)
7. Graft Flesh (item creation feat - wizard bonus feat)

Alternate idea:

Dread Necro
instead of Wizard. Heal yourself with Charnel Touch and the Tomb Tainted Soul feat.

Take the Apprentice feat in the DMG2 to get Heal as a class skill, if you can get the DM to allow a mentor that grants it. None of the 8 mentor types laid out in the DMG2 do not have it.
