Dread necromancer doesn't get a familiar as a class feature. The Apprentice feat can't get you heal.

Wizard 7 would get you 3.5 ranks in Heal, and Loremaster 3 would get you 6, leaving you at 9.5 ranks in Heal at level 10... You would need to do Wizard 4 (2 Ranks in heal), -CLASS WITH HEAL AS CLASS SKILL- 5 (8 more ranks in heal) to be able to get Graft flesh at level 9, meaning you can go into fleshwarper for level 10...

If a skill is a class skill for any of your classes your maximum rank is your character level + 3. (PHB page 62)

What are CArc and CMag? And what is Heritage...?

I noted that the Apprentice feat can't get you the Heal skill as is, so I suggested he ask the DM to houserule it.

There's a way to get Heal on any skill list though.

This UA feat.

If you change from Wizard to Sorcerer, you can use a Draconic Heritage feat to get heal on your class skill list. A Gold dragon will do it.

I think Iku Rex's use of the Wizard bonus feat is the best way to go about this.

Well, you could always be a sorcerer instead of a wizard.

This would enable you to get more HP via Stalwart Sorcerer.
