Regarding the references to the various cities, I think a few pages that aren't of use is worth the integration into a variety of systems. And is it really that hard in a homebrew setting to model one of the cities after one or a combination of several of the cities mentioned in the book? Regarding Forgotten Realms, it's easy to just stick it in Halruua or for an interesting twist, Thay
