Reducing arcane spell failure?

I haven't seen any. While I have noticed a few PrC's and magic armor qualities that do that, even these are few and far between.

Are there any feats out there that reduces arcane spell failure?

Check out the Spellsword Prc in the Complete Warrior. Has something about reducing arcane spell failure when wearing armor.

Warmage in the Mini-Handbook also can wear armor. I would've thought Races of Stone would have a Feat for this but I dont have that handy to check. Maybe the upcoming Complete Arcane will address this.

Well my character is a Drow Rogue 1 Swashbuckler 1 and now a Wizard 1 aswell. I wouldn't want to go Warmage. Since Drow's favored class is Wizard, I don't want an exp penalty. Also Warmage doesn't have identify which is the main reason I took Wizard.

hrm..Well that class combo wouldn't want anything but light armor anyway and if you aren't casting spells in combat much and using them more for utility purpouses perhaps getting (excuse me if I am naming this wrong) The sudden metamagic feat "Sudden Still Spell" for that occasional spell in combat.

Would that work out?

This is more house rules, but in our campaign we have a series of feats that grant more and more reduction in ASF.

Starts at 5%, then 10%, and finally 20%. Each feat requires a higher armor proficiency.

So, it looks like...

Feat 1
Requires: Light Armor Proficency
Benefit: 5% reduction

Feat 2
Requires: Medium Armor Proficency
Benefit: 10% reduction

Feat 3
Requires: Heavy Armor Proficency
Benefit: 20% reduction
