D&D 5E Release date for GF9 5e spell cards?

So I preordered a set of Ranger spell cards from my retailer back in December and they still haven't come in yet. I know the retailer placed the order. And from what she says whenever she tries to talk to GF9 about the order they give her the runaround. Is this something that has happened to others or did I miss out on the first run? I need to know so I can get a refund.

Side note: I know the retailer personally she is one of my best friends so I would like to give her the benefit of the doubt when it comes to this situation.

Welcome irishdragon,

Ordering directly from GF9 might be a good option, the issue is that these spell cards sell out really fast and are not getting reprinted quickly enough. Best option is to buy online.

Well I'm SOL then. I don't have any money nor a way to buy online. I had to borrow $15 for the cards and a set of dice as a Christmas present. Looks like I'm out some money. Lovely. Thanks for replying.

Also if they are having issues printing these cards which have been out for months why did they decide to print Tarokka Cards and stiff retailers again? If they are only available online then GF9 should make it known that the only way to get them is to buy them online.

We were able to get restocks on all the cards within the past few weeks. We ordered from ACD distributors, but I think Alliance also got them in.

I just checked and ACD does have all decks in stock at all 3 warehouses, though the Wisconsin warehouse is low on the Ranger deck.

My retailer uses Alliance so I might have them tomorrow if they came in. I would really hate to think someone (whether GF9 or my friend) are stiffing me. I know it's only $10 but it's all I had. Literally.

According to Alliance Retail Resources page, they are out of the ranger cards at their Maryland warehouse, but they are in stock in their other 3 warehouses, though they don't give a clue as to the quantities.

Hopefully they will be there tomorrow if not I'll have to just ask for a refund. My retailer is an hour away from my house and we have games on the first and third Saturday of every month and the fifth if there is one. So I'll be up there in a few hours.
