Reload Feat

Is there a feat that allows you to reload faster? So I can reload my Heavy Crossbow as a move-equivalent action? If one doesn't exsist could someone make one up?

There is already

It's in Sword & Fist, prereqs are BAB +2, proficiency with Xbow used.

Hand & Lt. Xbow reloading is a free action once per round, provokes an AoO. Hvy. Xbow is a MEA usable once per round, provokes an AoO. It's listed as a General feat but I've not checked to see if this has been errata'd to be on the Fighter list (doesn't seem unreasonable to me).
