Hey all! :)

You (or should I say Abyssal Maw) forgot the Elder Evils book due in December.

I'm almost tempted to buy Fortress of the Yuan-Ti just to see how you can actually assault a Fortress of the Yuan-Ti with only four 6th-level PCs. It must be one hell of a small fortress.

Ditto with the Demonweb Pits (Levels 9-12), I take it, this adventure won't actually showcase any of the Demonweb Pits NPCs listed in the Fiendish Codex since they all hover in around the 20th-level mark. Perhaps when the PCs assault the pits, it will be on the high-levellers day off.

This year looks like the year of adventures for me. I'm not sure about the splat-type books. Apart from the Magic Item Compendium I'll have to check them out before I buy them. Most of the adventures will be on my list though.

That along with a couple of each set of the Dungeon Tiles and some of each release of the D&D Minis.

My interest in this year's crop is precisely what it was in last year's: zero.

I haven't bought a WotC book in about two and a half years, though I have bought non-WotC D20 books.

i picked option #4, which is always my preferred choice. ;)

although, there are some books that are almost guaranteed buys, like FC1 & FC2... and FC3, if it should ever come into being. ;)

Hmmm... based on a quick break-down (read: guess) at my purchases in previous years, I voted "I'm planning on purchasing more titles this year than ever before".

Last year (2006) I purchased 10 WotC products, and it looks pretty much the same in previous years (maybe even a bit less in '05 and '04, due to the lack of adventures and only FR products and the monster ecology books getting purchased by me).

This year (2007) it looks like I have 13 planned WotC purchases. Since I'm only interested in adventures and FR books (and the monster ecology books) 2007 looks pretty good to me.
