Hi folks,
Just a reminder to all our online and face-to-face DMs that your input is important! If you flesh out a location, post it in the area forums! Once there and discussed briefly with the CM for the region, that becomes canon!
One very cool example is Tillich in Mittendein. It was mentioned, briefly, in Northman's campaign (I think it was Northman heh). I ran with it, and my party tried (unsuccessfully) to defend it from an improbably well equipped and well led tribe of Goblins.
Thus in the canon world now, there was a village of Tillich, and now it is rubble, but the realm is building a military fort there to expand its grip on this remote region. Meanwhile, two other tribes from this same region went north to Dwarf lands and were destroyed after a hard fight there (Again, I think that was Northman's campaign.) The only part I did was the seige and destruction of the village of Tillich. The fort, the other tribes, the fact that it was a well equipped tribe, was all just built on each other's campaigns and posts.
So - do your fellow DMs a favor and get your stuff in the Area forums!
