Can anyone tell me where this is located? Is it just beta? I can't find it in the PRD.

I found it in the spell compendium page 136

I think it is also in PHB2.

think PHB2 is the original source, but the SPC supercedes previously issued spells (IIRC)

Ah, but I don't have the SPC. So I'm stuck with the PHBII.

I don't think they changed it from one to the other. Some spells (especially those poached from the various web enhancements and Dragon magazines) had some fairly large changes.
