Report: ENWorld Meeting ESSEN GAME FAIR

BTW, I told Benni about the fate of his dwarf (now ex-dwarf) character.
You Bbbbbbbbbastards!
You turned my cool dwarf Blorkdork into a fragile, unstable, bat-eared, gay looking, damn charismatic spiked chain wielding half-elf.

But the game fair was great. A bit too crowded on saturday, but still possible to play lots of games. Now it will take some months to test all new games, books and dice.

Dude, I'm trying not to laugh about your character, but your post is making it hard. I did my best, but reincarnate worked against you I suppose :O.

And to those of you who couldn't make it, there is always next year! We'll be there (don't let the fate of Blorkdork scare you off! :D)

Excellent Con Report! I look forward to hearing more about your game, also! :)

(Edit - Did you buy any new scenery?)

Thanks Mark! I will be posting about it here :D.

As for scenery, I held off on that this year, but my friend nonresonance spent about 200€ on some. The company itself is from Southern Germany, and it isn't bad stuff... rocks with grass, you know the kind of thing. I regret not taking a picture of their booth, they had a really cool terrain setup to one side.

I figured you'd be at least getting some new molds! :D

Do you remember the name of the scenery company? Are they new? Website?

So many questions, and no need to answer right away. I'll check back when I sweep around to read the adventure summary. :)

Thank the gods Hirst wasn't there! I shudder to think about the impact that would have had on my wallet and living situation :):)

I'll try and get the name for ya.

Clarification: I (bensei) did laugh about my character when hearing from Niko about his fate, but I (Blorkdork) did not like becoming something elf-like. Nevertheless, I (Blorkdork) have to thank our great elven druid for bringing my soul back, but overwhelmed by the experiences (and my great charisma) my words did not express my gratitude.

LOL!

Hey man, when do I get to visit Stuttgart and get into a game of Hackmaster? ;)
Hackmaster will have to wait, haven't really played it a lot... but we could use a REAL druid here in my newbie group, the other two have no shining examples :D

Ah well. Beer is here.
