Reporting Site Problems?

OK, so I found a broken link at the first news item on the home page (for www.neotechus.com). I scroll down to find the webmaster link, but clicking on Report Bugs was obviously not intended for me (permission denied), and probably about the site package, not content. Where do I direct little things like this? (Checked the FAQ, too--but didn't see anything). Thanks!
