Requesting someone to make my monster

Hey all, I was hoping someone might be willing to make me a monster.

Stylistically, it's based on a baddie from City of Villains called a Mu Guardian. They're humans who are bound head to toe and float along over the ground, using their magical attacks.

Anyways, what I'm looking for is an undead version of those for D&D, called an Arcane Husk. Sort of a more advanced Zombie. It would be a well-preserved human wrapped in leather from head to toe, with their arms bound tightly behind their back. A strap keeps a red crystal embedded in their mouths (not entirely unlike a ball gag), sticking out, and their eyes are dull and lifeless. They float over the ground but cannot fly. They're not very agile and have no physical combat capabilities, but they have strong magical defenses (in the form of shields of some sort) and decent magical offenses. They're primarily used as body guards to necromancers. Imagine a practitioner of the dark arts always having two of these guys floating behind and to either side of him.

CR wise, I'm thinking 3 sounds about right, although there's definitely leeway in there.

I think this monster has a lot of potential as a cool and interesting enemy, not to mention pretty creepy the first time you meet one.

Float (Ex): Although it cannot fly, an arcane husk floats several inches off the ground. This allows it to move unhindered through slick or dangerous terrain. It may even move over the surface of water.
