High-Born Angelus are tall trim but not lanky humanoids with feathered angel wings on their backs. Their hair is actualy small feathers giving the imppression of a short spiky cut. Their feathers tend to be white with tinges of yellow, blue, or green. Other than the feathers and wings the Angelus resemble comely humans a bit on the tall side.

Low-Born Angelus tend to be rougher of frame and face as well as possesing darker feathers (sometimes even black or brown these are considered by the High-Born to be signs of bad blood, and are often executed on ridiculus charges).

Angelus society is based on a caste system. The High-Born rule with iron fists under velvet gloves the Low-Born are kept in a state of near serf-dom with mundane, and psionic controls. The High-Born are equivalent to the noble houses of other races, they have access to more money, resources, and education than the Low-Born. In the military the High-Born serve as officers above the rank of Liutenant. High-Born are trained from birth to maniplate, lead, and control. Using their mental and mundane training to excel in these areas. High-Born generally do not take levels in the course classes, fighter, Barbarian, Shaman, Monk, Druid, Ranger, or Psychic Warrior. Preffering to train as Sorcerers, Wilders ( Angelus Wilders are not volatile rather they are simply incredibly insightful about psioincs), Swashbucklers, Samurai, Shugenja, and Paladins

The Low-Born are the soldiers, crafts-men, and general labor force of the Angelus. They are all reqiured to do some military service upon reaching adulthood (use human ages), but they never rise above LT. Most would die to protect the High-Born family that their clan is tied to, but some are reluctant to believe the propaganda about the High-Born having the best interest of the Low-Born in mind. These are the most common adventurers. While there is no restriction on what classes an Angelus may take levels as most Low-Born do not have acces to the training to become Wizards, Paladins, Samurai, Swashbucklers, Psions, Monks, Clerics, or Shugenja at 1st class level and must multiclass to these classes later after meeting/finding a way of getting training as a member of that class.

How are the LA's? Questions/Comments please

I think the +3 Level Adjustment for high-born Angelus is appropriate, but the low-born should have the same LA. Low-born Angeli have better innate psionic powers, and the overal minor differences in their other qualities aren't significant enough to make them just +2 LA I think. Flight is potent, especially when it's not really slow and clumsy (you forget to note their maneuverability, by the way).

no i didn't its up their fight next to the fly speed in parentheses

I don't know about the ECL's being the same, expand knowledge once or twice and the natural powers are't the question except the lvl 4, second the ability scores, skill bonuses and improved flight advatage do make the High-Blood signifigantly more versatile/powerful
