I dearly hope that there is some errata for this.
The Pale Master prestige class in Libris Mortis grants immunity to nonlethal damage at lvl 7. (and full undead immunites at lv 10) It does NOT turn you into an undead, and thus you retain your constitution.
Combine with regeneration, and you are immune to damage. (so long as it doesnt bypass your regeneration)
At epic levels, this can be nearly unbeatable (troll pale master = not dispellable) but even at pre-epic levels spells and shapeshifting can grant regeneration.
Granted, there are other ways of removing obstacles than damage, but nothing else in the game comes close to this level of invulnerability.
