"Quite right Norbac, that would also reduce the need for silence or concealment. Perhaps if we had a cart of old tools we could get right in with the siege equipment?"

One of the men at the table nods and says "Aye I could get ye somethin' like that. Iffin' ye want stops my the Quartmaster's on the morn." The dinners start breaking up and heading to bed or to see to their troops. The party can return to their camp (as the barracks are quit full with all the reinforcements) or take part in some of the night’s watches.

In the morning, the fort is a buzz of activity, and the group arrives at the Quartermasters’ building. The man who spoke with them at the dinner is there up early. He introduces himself as ‘Master William’ the forts quartermaster and master of supply. He is arranging for a small cart to be filled with extra tools, and two draft horses.

Verrick returns to camp and tries to get in a good night's sleep, sure that another peaceful night will be long in coming. "Excellent, that should do nicely. I hope we can pull this army's teeth."

Xonic Yellowcloak also stops by to speak with the group, saying "I should be able to provide you with two or three Silence spells by the eve, if ye will be returning. If not, I will have them included in with the dispacts that Captain Regrim will bring out to you in a few days. Here are the alchemist flaks, within the sack I promised. Again, I can not guaranty that it is proof against fire, but it may provide some protection. Also I have this shackle of ten Potions of Cure Minor Wounds given over by the mission of St. Cuthbert.

Looking you all over he adds “Well good luck to ye all

Verrick nods to Xonic. "You are most kind, as you say we may or may not be returning tonight. I don't know what we'll find out there. Good luck in your battle on this side of the wall."

"Dem St. Cudbert guys are nice, seein' dat dem poshunz are goin' ter be needed 'ere too." sez Norbac. "Trivvereon kan 'elp, an meeb still gotsa 'ealing stikk, so weeb´ll try nub ter waste dim"

"If weeb wan ter join da ork horde wivvout raisin' too much suspicion, it wuud be bedda if weeb move soon"
ends Norbac, lookin' at da ovvaz.

(occ just want to make sure you got everything you wanted before you leave the keep. Also who is riding horses and who is driving the wagon? /occ)

Packing the wagon with their extra supplies the party mount up and drive the wagon out of the northern gate of the Bright Tower. Traveling on the old weathered road for most of the cloudy day, the party’s plan is cut across country to get in behind or around the Army before it arrives. According to Commander Mayness the Orcs could be close enough to be at the Keep tonight or tomorrow night, and toward the evening, those in front can make out a very large camp a few miles ahead of them… if it is them their pickets are probably a mile or two in front and around them, so they will be moving towards the party by dusk.

This night will probably bring some rainfall also… which could aid them or get them lost…

OOC: Verrick would restock quiver, ration pack and healer's bag before setting out. He would prefer to ride his horse, but will man the wagon and tie the horse behind if needed.
