What were the characteristics of dark sun Humans? Weren't they +1 LA creatures? (One link says they are +2 to any score, +2 to any other score, favored class any, inborn 1st level power, 2nd inborn power at 5th. Is that right?)

Yes, you are correct Psion, the facts above are precise. At first level the Psionic human gains 3 extra pp and may choose any 1st level psion/wilder power. At 5th level they gain an additional 3 pp and a 2nd level power from the psion list. At 10th level they gain an additional 5 pp and a 3rd level power from the psion list. At 15th level they gain 7 extra pp and a 4th level power from the psion list. These powers and pp are simply combined with any psionic classes that provide powers and pp.

I guess, if one wants to tone down the Psionic Humans to LA +0, you could remove the ability score bonuses and either the human bonus feat or extra skill points (removing the feat might be taking it too far).
