If 4e is as "Fluid, intuitive, fun" as Massawyrm says, then it's exactly what I've been asking for.

I doubt that D&D Experience being held today is a coincidence.

Yesterday I was full of rage. I was about to give it up completely and switch to my other favorite RPG instead. But after seeing DDXP info on their products, rules, character sheets, and now this very nice review, I am calmed down, relaxed, and want to start to play 4E this summer as soon as possible.

Two sentence made the difference:

That's me.

We have played for four months with only a Players Handbook, a Dungeon Masters Guide and a Monster Manual. And Nothing else.

Can be fun and cheap at the same time, thank God!
