Wasn't there one Dragonlance module that broke all the rules and used half the monsters from the fiend folio to populate Soth's Daargard keep and had both drow and orcs in there despite it being dragonlance?

Wasn't Soth a Death Knight, and weren't Death Knight's originally from the Fiend Folio anyway?
