Review Project take two

I just wanted to say that I think this is a great idea and that I've seen at least one other site use a similar program to generate a good, many, reviews (although that site used physical product). Props to Crothian for heading up this project, to Morrus for giving it a chance, and to all of the contributing publishers for backing it up.

I figure as long as there is one person out there that wants to do this, I'm keeping the store open. Looking back tonight was the first time in 13 days that a PDF had been handed out. So, we'll call it slow but I still want to generate reviews if people want to write them.

Well, that makes me happy. I love the reviewing process, and tend to get through reviews as quickly as possible. I haven't done the last one you sent me yet because I wanted to get through the two products rangerwicket sent me first, which I've now completed. I'd still keen to keep doing this! Should have the last one you sent me done within the next week. And with winter coming, I'll have even more time on my hands!

Not to sieze all the credit but this was basically just me. I first went to the publishers to see if it was okay with them and then I went to the people to see if I could get reviewers. It has beena rocky road since some expectations I think were to high and others had unclear thoughts on how simple this process was.

Well, I've got my eye on a set of the original Wilderlands setting supplements for Judges Guild, so I may review those in the near future.

Excellent, personally I just want people to review things. I just figured that if I could make it easy for them and entice them with free things it would help people that wanted to do so.

Is this Project still active? If so, I'll get up a few reviews in the next two weeks and then get back with you, as I love free product and don't mind helping out if that's what you need.

Ya, I'm just not advertising it anymore. I have a couple guys that are still interested so I'm keeping it alive. Not that keeping it alive is hard, I just send out the PDFs when people e-mail me.
