Review the..reviewer

You can also post them here oin EN world. We are having problems adding new products but as long as it is already in the database you can review it. we are working on the problem. We do require that reviews be 500 words and I understand how hard it can be to write a lot of a seemingly small PDF.

I still wonder if people read this, but a little bonus for those that do.

In the future if you happen to be placing something on sdale or doing a free give away of something, drop me a line a few days before hand and I can see about gettig na review done in time for the special. No promises on if I'll have time or anything like that, but I figure it couldn't hurt if we try this out some.

Its an experiment. I'm just trying to make my services a little mor etimely for you all, but at the same time is a dozen of you all plan a sale for Friday there is no way I'd get even half of them done. So, we'll see how this goes.

I've hit a bit of a backlog. Last month I got quite a few things to review, so it is taking a little while to get through. I got 25 items that month compaired to 7 that I have gotten so far this month. But that is usually how it goes; it's like the publishers send everything at once, then have a drought of products. Then it starts again. And that's not a complaint, just an observation.

Since the start of the new year I have aimed and successfully gotten 4 PDF reviews done a week. Only after I get 4 PDFs done in a week do I look to possible reviewing a print book which I have done a few since the new year. Just want you all to know that the PDF reviews are the priority for me. Thanks.

Not to add to your backlog, but I am going to add to your backlog. Heroes of Hope, the second For Charity product by RPG Charity is out now, so We thought we might hit you up for some oversight. :)

Since an interview with you featured in Elemental, didn't know if you would think it was appropriate to ask you to review it, but I have sent you a copy now anyhow.

Warm regards,
Evan

I know you've said before that you would only review a single title in a series, but just how written in stone is that. To be specific, I know that you've reviewed Combat Options: Initiative, but would you review any other title in the Combat Options line?

Curious publishers want to know.

Actually it depends more on the series. The that I stopped was the weekly creature collection or something like that. Each was a few creatures, nicely done but I needed to spend time doing other things. As long as the books are pread out in reales some it is not a problem, the problem lies when I get sent like a dozen books by the same publisher at the same time. I like to try to do a variety of products by a variety of publishers, and doing 12 straight reviews all of products by a single publishers goes against that.

Short answer: send it I'll review it
