Revised Dragons?

So, is there any news on if/what will be different with the Dragons in the Revised Rules?

I'm hoping they will fix that whole CR thing.

My DM sprung a black dragon on us once, supposedly a CR 15, which was bad enough since we were 13th level. To add insult to injury, it caught us completely by suprise, was hasted to begin with, and had a wand of greater dispelling! He had to save us by saying another dragon came in and started fighting with the one that was kicking our ass.

I have used a Black dragon with my group a few times now. At their level 3 I used a baby and at level 8 I used a juvenile. Each time the dragon has handed them their butts. I just assumed it was due to the noviceness of the players facing dragons. Maybe not based on this message board.

FWIW, you can only have wands of spells from level 1 to 4, IIRC. Might be wrong though.

You're not. There's always Rule 0, though.

Everything soundsfine to me, Dragons are supposed to hand out peoples own butts like business cards, even at very low levels.
