Revised SRD 3.5

I must have missed it when the revised SRD came out but I had accidently deleted my 3.5 srd files and so the other day went and downloaded them again from WotC and noticed that they have included the base epic level rules. Were they in there from the get go or is this recent inclusion? I dont remember them being in the there when the revised SRD files first came out.

And in anycase will we start to see some epic level stuff from 3rd party d20 publishers now? I hope so

Yes, it was there from the getgo. No, you will not see much epic support from 3rd party pubs because they did not release all of the epic feats, they released none of the epic monsters or prestige classes, and they did not include the epic spellcasting system. I know many people don't like the epic spell system, but without it, 3rd party pubs have to create their own epic spell system. Yuck.
