Reviving Greyhawk: A letter-writing campaign.

The artwork may have been bad, but I thought the material of the LGG was pretty good reading. It had virtually no 'crunch' (which can be good or bad), but lots of setting info, and much of it was new.

I'm happy I bought it, at least.

I agree, I thought the gazeteer was great...a WHOLE BOOK of nothing but cultures, cities, and population stats.

But then again, many of my anthropology textbooks were similar, so it was an easy read for me ;)

I'll rechime that I'd love a hardcover, what's the address again?

(email mail it if you can johnsemlak: mr_filthy_ike@hotmail.com)

Another bump for those not in the know.

Can I bump it for you, as well? :)

No one ever told/email me what the address to write letter too was,
can anyone who has written in tell me what that address is?

I'd love to be involved in a project to collect the best articles from the LGJs (and relevant GH articles from Dragon, too, for that matter).

It'd be really fun to do, and we'd love to find a way to make it work, I assure you.

You know what would be really cool? If this went beyond 3e dragons, and involved updating LGJ and Dragon stuff from 2e as well. That would be supurb.

Isn't all this stuff saved in a "bible" of Greyhawk? How tough would it be to organize a "Best of..." and sell it to the hungry Greyhawk Hordes? :)
