D&D 3E/3.5 Reworking 3.5e Adventure

I am in a dilemma. My current 3.5 group is in the middle of the Shadowdale: Scourging of the Land adventure and I want to switch to 4E but continue the story. Some of the encounters are easy to convert because the monsters exist in both, but this adventure has a huge amount of NPC's as monsters and few right out of the book monsters. I am trying to convert, but it is time consuming. Perhaps, posters could help flesh out the encounters and try to make an update of the adventure.

I will post the encounters that I have done for critique and tweaking and would love everyone to chime in. With the books out in a week we should be able to get it done quickly. I know some of you might already have them so you are welcome to get started now.

First Encounter-C1

The first encounter I need to rework is Encounter C1. It involves 2 Maug Fighters. Not in the MM as far as I know. It also includes 2 pits traps which should be. It is supposed to be Encounter Level 10. Any ideas?
