I am looking for a way to make a bard! For those of you who do not fully understand what a bard is here is a little something to ensure you all know what I am looking for.
Bards: Similar to both Wizards and Sorcerers. They have innate magical powers that they are born with but like Wizards. They are only as good as they study their practice and learn new stuff.
Bards powers: They cast spells through magic by playing an instrument or singing, They do not use debilitating spells like Warlords or Massively powerful destructive spells like Wizards and Sorcerers (although their magic is powerful and its unwise to pick a fight with them.)
Their music increases moral ( Basically fear factor, Awe factor would be useless against a bards magic regardless of what it is...probably even make a person who is already under a fear factor re roll initiative.)
It increases stats, moral, gives protection to Allys (Not enemy).
I want to make a Bard, Someone who can...lets say give my friends +3 to Strike for so-and-so rounds or make them reroll initiative after being hit by fear factor..making them immune to fear. Giving them special protections with magic and still being able to throw out a spell that can cause some damage.
Like a bards ability to use a string or single insult to magically cause damage to an enemy! Like the bard calls the enemy soldier a fag or queer (Insulting his sexuality and him as a person) Than that soldier gets hit by some sorta magical or psychic damage.
Is there any way to make Bards on the Rifts, Heroes or similar interchangeable system?
