Ring of Spell Storing and stored spell caster level

In the campaign that I'm currently running a question has come up regarding the spells cast into a spell storing object, such as a ring of spell storing. Do they take on the caster level and save DCs of the person who cast them into the ring, or are store spells considered to be of the minimum caster level, and the save DC the same as if the spell was caster by someone with the minimum requisite ability score.

"A minor ring of spell storing contains up to three levels of spells that the wearer can cast. Each spell has a caster level equal to the minimum level needed to cast that spell."

"For a saving throw against a spell or spell-like effect from a magic item, the DC is 10 + the level of the spell or effect + the ability modifier of the minimum ability score needed to cast that level of spell."
