The 4th issue of the Stygian has been released. This issue deals with scalykind of all types (dragons, kobolds, lizard men, even some new races) as well as the underdark and even has a Modern D20 article 
It is 142 pages in length and 8.2 MBs in size. Don't worry about the download time, because the Stygian is free
I hope you all enjoy the issue, as it has taken us a YEAR to get it out. Issue #5 won't take as long. I promise
