Is it only under Total Concealment that an opponent is denied their Dex bonus to AC (thus allowing rogues to Sneak Attack)? What about 9/10's, 3/4's, etc?
Let's say a rogue is standing in the edge of a Fog Cloud spell and has one half concealment. Can he make ranged sneak attacks out of that, or must he be totally invisible?
What if he's "hiding" in the edge of the fog? Is there a bonus to his hide check? If the opponent fails the spot check, is the rogue then "invisible" and can make ranged sneak attacks?
