Rogue build advice

I know you said you don't have access to the book, but in case you have further flexibility I would suggest checking out the swordsage from the Tome of Battle: Book of Nine Swords. If you took one more level of rogue (or something else, though it is not required), and then levels of Swordsage, I think you would grain tremendous options in the kind of direction your are looking for.

I'm pretty sure my DM would be very reluctant to allow ToB:Bo9S. I'll definitely take a look though, thanks.

Psionics help

Anyone have thoughts on Psionics with respect to power selection/feat selection and break points. Practiced Manifester would be pretty obvious at 6th level.

The first level powers I was looking at were Offensive Precog, Vigor, Entangling Ecto, Energy Ray, Distract and Catfall.

I haven't yet picked my 3rd level feat. I could go for Point Blank Shot which would open up some options.

There isn't a WotC Psionic Trickster conversion, is there?

I still need to look into Beguiler and Daggerspell Mage.

If you want a psionic class with a suitable favor for your character, try Lurk from Complete Psionic. It is Int-based and has a very good selection of powers for a sneaky character, plus it would boost your fairly low Will save.

I love Lurk, but it's hardly worth it if you don't go singleclass. 3 levels of rogue in combination with a handcrossbow might be workable. Get Crossbow Sniper.
