Rogue Easy Target grant CA the same turn?

Easy Target grants CA on hit.
Sneak Attack says you decide to add the extra damage after damage (and thus after Easy Target hits) is rolled.

Could you then argue that if you attack a target with Easy Target without having CA prior to the attack, that you can add Sneak Attack damage after the Easy Target hits that same turn? Obviously you have CA to the target on your next turn...but what about adding the Sneak Attack damage the same turn you did your Easy Target?

Once per round, when you have combat advantage against an enemy and are using a weapon from the light blade, the crossbow, or the sling weapon group, an attack you make against that enemy deals extra damage if the attack hits. You decide whether to apply the extra damage after making the damage roll.

So the order is:

1) Do you have combat advantage?
2) If yes, did you hit?
3) If yes, do you want to do extra damage?
4) If yes, add sneak attack damage.
