If a rogue/mage hit an enemy that was flanked with a touch attack spell would he get his sneak attack bonus damge also. Could you use a regular attack with the spell charged and do normal dam. + the spell?

Yes but, he'll have less chance to hit (since a regular attack is harder than a touch attack), and he'll do basic unarmed damage (1d3 subdual for medium-sized creatures). The wizard in question couldn't use his weapon to deliver the attack.

there is however a feat in the quintessential wizard that allows toch attacks to be delivered with a weapon. if you roll high enough to hit them then you get both weapon and spell damage - and by extension sneak attack damage. however if you only roll highenough for a touch attack then they are only subject to spell damage.

And this is only one feat? Yea, that's quint.

Sneak Attack

I never thought of it before but if you deliver a touch spell with an unarmed strike, do you get sneak attack damage from the normal attack AND the spell? Would Improved Unarmed Strike change this.
