Rogue/Psionicist advice needed

Felnar

First Post
i'm looking to make a rogue/psionicist, but i've never dealt with psionics in 3.X ed before.
he'll be a human with 28pointbuy, and primarily utility based, and a bit of a thief

i've noticed a lot of the psionic powers i liked in 2nd ed are missing
but the Skate power looks like fun when combined with the Up the Wall feat

any build advice or recommended powers would be appreciated
thanks

and with that class I would recommend being human and going for some of the following:

Compression (smaller grants larger hide bonuses and to hit, although it does cut into damage, but sneak attack helps make up for that)

elfsight (good duration, low light vision, spot secret doors, bonus to spot and search.. cant go wrong here!)

catfall (so long as you have an immediate action never be tripped again!)

detect hostile intent (this one is incredible, so long as the majority of people you are around arent immune to mind effecting)

Wall walker (much, much better than up the walls)

psionic tongues (always good to know what everyone is saying)

concealing amorpha (20% miss chance? woo!)

That is a good start at least ;) You can pick up a few other great powers by useing expanded knowledge (I would suggest astral construct.. later on it will help you flank and every now and then you can use a pp to have it open something you think might be trapped).

Also, I would suggest taking a level or two of warlock if you can swing it. The d6 ray useable all day long at range is incredible, along with being able to see in darkness and invisible creatures/objects/whatever (if you pick that ability) would help any rogue!

wow, there's a base-class for everything
it's almost sad

A divine magic using thief with luck powers. Essentially, a divine trickster.

What? Nothing?

Okay, then. Moving on.
