Rokugan 3.5 Conversion

I am planning on running a Rokugan d20 game but I want to convert it to 3.5. The current Dragon #318 has a nice Oriental Adventures conversion but has anyone done a Rokugan 3.5 conversion or have any ideas where to start? Thanks alot!

Well, since Rokugan is done by AEG they're the people to ask.
